Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing does not occur on weekends or holidays. Notification will be sent via email once an order has transitioned to the shipping phase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for every order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order placement.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or seasonal high-demand periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number is generated once an order is dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Missing Packages
Liability for items lost or damaged during transit resides with the shipment carrier. If an order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
